PDP * has been in operation since 2015, and every year it produces excellent Alumni who have obtained degrees from Musashi University and the University of London. Some students have changed their course after taking PDP, but they are also active in society, using the language skills and expertise they have acquired. In Economics and Management Program, students will master economics, business administration, statistics, and econometrics in addition to advanced English skills. Obtaining a degree from the University of London requires continuous daily study and a strong will to achieve. We, the faculty, will provide detailed support to students who work hard, not only in class but also outside of class. University is an intellectual space for academic pursuits. All faculty members are looking forward to welcoming students who are full of intellectual curiosity and highly ambitious to study thoroughly for four years.

*PDP: a Parallel Degree Programme with University of London and Musashi University. This programme allows students to take BSc (Bachelor of Science) courses from the University of London in parallel with bachelor degree courses at Musashi University and obtain degrees from both universities. The University of London (UoL) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) provides the course outlines and Subject guides. After receiving attentive and thorough instruction in English from Musashi University faculty members, students take an exam assigned by the UoL and LSE.

    We have experience running PDPsince 2015 and have observed outstanding graduates achieving degrees on yearly basis from Musashi University and the University of London. Some students decided not to continue studying in PDP, but they also are playing an active part in business and society with the language skills and expertise they have acquired. In the Economics and Management program, in addition to advanced English proficiency, you will pursue specialization in economics/management as well as statistics/econometrics. Continuous learning and a strong commitment are indispensable for a degree from the University of London. Faculty members will provide close attention and support in and outside class to hardworking students. A university is an intellectual space for studying. We are eager to hear from motivated students full of intellectual curiosity who are prepared to study diligently for four years.

PDP classes are taught on-campus by Musashi University faculty members in accordance with course outlines established by the University of London and the London School of Economics (LSE). The curriculum is the same worldwide, and exams are administered by the University of London and the LSE, so students receive a globally recognized evaluation.

Learn data analysis techniques
Statistics and information processing are essential for the study of economics and business management, and data-based decision-making is becoming mainstream in companies and government agencies. In Economics and Management Program, we place emphasis on statistics and econometrics within the systematic study of economics and business management, and provide a curriculum that will be useful in a wide range of fields even after graduation.

Improve your practical English skills through classes taught in English
Immediately after enrollment, students begin their language studies with an intensive curriculum that thoroughly trains their language skills. Through daily classes in English, repeated preparation and review, and studying for the University of London exam, which is mainly an essay-based test, students will acquire advanced English language proficiency.
