Personal information provided by participants of Musashi University’s public lectures is strictly managed in accordance with the university’s Personal Information Protection Policy. It will be used solely for the operation of the public lectures, for notifications regarding other lecture programs offered by the university, and for statistical analysis purposes. It will not be used for any other purposes. Notifications regarding lecture programs may be sent by an external contractor (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”) entrusted with this specific task. The personal information of public lecture participants will be used only for the purposes explicitly stated by Musashi University. The Contractor is not permitted to use this information beyond the scope of the entrusted task. Musashi University also requires the Contractor to manage personal information with the utmost care to prevent any leakage or unauthorized disclosure.
