Research on creative organizations
Students will learn about leadership that encourages creative behavior among team members. In addition to acquiring basic knowledge and training in problem-solving thinking, students will also conduct empirical research. Students will decide on their own research themes and verify hypotheses through interviews and questionnaire surveys. Research findings will be reported at joint seminars with other universities.

The aim of the seminar is to understand marketing and consumer behavior from both theoretical and practical perspectives. After learning the theories of marketing and consumer behavior, we conduct case studies and questionnaire/interview surveys.

Corporate and service analysis focusing on language
Students will learn methods to analyze data on the words spoken by companies and customers and to grasp corporate activities and services from multiple perspectives. Examples of analysis include changes in review posts over time, characteristics of posts that are reminiscent of "fake reviews," characteristics of reviews that are rated "helpful," and the relationship between the temperature on the day of posting and the content of the review.

Developing the basic strength of a universal mind. First, thoroughly understand the theory, then move on to application. It is natural that you cannot understand the theme just by looking at it, so don't worry. Entrepreneurship is an activity that aims to solve various problems in the economy and society. Examples include launching startups and social enterprises that revitalize local areas and solve everyday problems. We will mainly conduct group research using knowledge of business administration and other fields to find out what kind of initiatives entrepreneurs take, what challenges they overcome in their activities, and how they do so, as well as what is needed to promote entrepreneurship in Japan.

Corporate analysis using accounting information
Students will learn how to read financial statements, which are a company's report card, and understand the strengths and challenges of management, as well as the impact that accounting systems have on corporate behavior. Each group will choose a theme and conduct research, utilizing actual publicly available accounting data and other corporate information.

AI services and products such as ChatGPT are becoming more familiar. Through practical experience, students will learn how data is used in these services and systems. Students will also investigate and consider how advanced technologies are being used in corporate activities and new social issues.

Considering the Japanese way of working
Students will learn about employment and wage trends in the Japanese economy, corporate personnel management, and the working styles of Japanese people under these circumstances. Specifically, students will acquire basic knowledge through sources such as the Labor Economy White Paper, while also studying topics such as long working hours, women's working styles, meritocracy and performance-based systems, and non-regular employment.

Diversity & Inclusion
We will consider what is needed to utilize human resource diversity in management. Disabilities, race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and all other attributes will be the subject of research in the seminar. Through interview surveys, questionnaire surveys, and data analysis, students will answer questions posed by themselves.

Basics of legal accounting
This seminar will read textbooks related to legal accounting at the beginner's level for undergraduates, and will study the basic framework of the corporate law system and its practical processing. This seminar is characterized by its focus on the rules of various laws, accounting standards, and practical guidelines, more than other financial accounting seminars.

Bookkeeping and accounting learned from accounting standards and financial statements
Students will study and research on their own initiative, mainly through group activities, on topics such as analyzing actual company financial statements and international comparisons of accounting standards, and report their findings both on and off campus. Students will acquire practical abilities such as leadership and presentation skills while seeking synergy with accounting-related qualifications (CPA exam, tax accountant exam, Nissho Bookkeeping Examination, U.S. Certified Public Accountant (USCPA), Securities Analyst (CMA), etc.).
