Faculty of Humanities Overview

What is Faculty of Humanities?

Learn the culture and language of each region to gain a multifaceted perspective and the ability to spread your wings and fly out into the world.

In today's society, where people, goods, and information flow across borders, globalization brings prosperity, but at the same time it also causes conflict and friction. To solve these problems, we need to respect each other's cultures and make repeated efforts to coexist.
The Faculty of Faculty of Humanities, which values dialogue with different cultures, gives students the education and intelligence to comprehensively understand "why and how history moved and culture became established" as a single story, and allows them to acquire a correct understanding of modern culture and society and the ability to solve problems. Dialogue with different cultures begins with an interest in various cultures. At Faculty of Humanities, our first goal is to understand the cultures of English-speaking countries, Europe, Japan, and East Asia, and to ensure that students master the languages of the target regions. This is why we encourage short-term and long-term study abroad programs to learn the culture and language of the target region. In addition, the two new global programs are intensive training programs that further enhance the efforts of Faculty of Humanities. What we want students to acquire is the ability to soar into the world as global citizens.
Think and act as global citizens!
