I became interested in business administration, including marketing, after seeing an example of a product whose sales changed depending on how it was displayed. In the future, I hope to work in a job related to product planning and branding.

Second Year

My hypothesis was interesting and my analytical perspective was highly praised, which gave me confidence.

Interested in innovation, I joined Yamazaki's seminar. In my second year, after reading specialist books on teamwork, each group chose a theme and researched it. We focused on the relationship between motivation and feedback from superiors and colleagues in the workplace, formulated hypotheses, and tested them through questionnaire surveys. I feel that I have not only acquired the ability to gather information, but also the ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals. The paper we all put together was awarded third place in the Faculty of Faculty of Economics' "Student Research Encouragement Paper" award.

Third Year

Utilizing previously learned research methods to explore working styles in companies

In my second year in Yamazaki's seminar, I am researching what is necessary to become an innovative talent by demonstrating the results of "cross-border learning" in which working adults study at other companies. First of all, I believe that it is important to have an environment that accepts cross-border learners, so I focused on diversity management and work-life balance, which accepts diverse human resources and leads to results. In the past, it took me a long time to come up with ideas for hypotheses, but now it is going smoothly thanks to my experience. My goal is to try to write an encouraged thesis again and produce results.

Seminar's Photos

My seminar classmates are always stimulating. I learned from Professor Yamazaki in the basic seminar in my first year and became interested in corporate innovation.
