Scientific investigations into political phenomena using statistical methods
We will deal with questions that are extremely important in the real world, such as "Why do people vote?" and "Why do wars occur?" We will attempt to shed light on these questions using statistical methods such as regression analysis, taking into account previous solutions in political science and our own theoretical predictions.
Our seminar deals with very important political questions that should be relevant in the real world, like “Why do people vote?” and “Why do wars take place?”. In trying to answer these questions, we make the most use of the existing research in political science and statistical methods like regression analysis, in addition to original theoretical ideas.
