Parallel Degree Programme (PDP) between University of London and Musashi University
A first in Japan! An international program that allows you to earn a degree from the University of London. Learn world-class economics on your own campus.
School of Liberal Arts and Sciences All new students in the Economics, Management, and International Relations (EMIR) and Business Data Science (BDS) majors can take on the PDP. Students first strengthen their English skills during April~July of their first year through classes and English training abroad or domestically. Students who then take the IELTS and achieve a score of 5.5 or higher will begin taking four IFP (Foundation Education Programme) courses at the University of London starting in September. Passing the IFP final exam allows you to take the BSc (Professional Education Programme) from September of your second year, study 12 subjects over three years, and if you pass the annual exams, you can earn a degree from the University of London. These subjects are taught in English by Musashi University faculty and are also recognized as credits for Musashi University degrees. Depending on your academic performance, scholarships will be provided for costs related to attending courses and English training at the University of London.
Degree acquisition process
Students will study in Japan for about four years and one month, aiming to obtain degrees from Musashi University and the University of London. All classes are small, so each student can actively participate in class discussions and gain a deeper understanding as they progress through their studies.

The degrees awarded through the PDP offered by Musashi University are officially recognized by the University of London as a degree-granting institution, and this recognition is recognized worldwide.
