We asked company representatives about the appeal of Faculty Crossover Seminar Project
The results of the project exceeded expectations for the "university students."
Uchida Systems Co., Ltd.
The first thing that surprised me was the quality and quantity of questions asked at each session. Our company's business involves creating spaces and organizations, so I imagine there were some parts that were difficult to grasp, but even at the first joint class, we were asked one sharp question after another, and I naturally found myself leaning forward. I was also surprised by the high quality of the final presentation. While capturing the essence, the way in which they explained it in an easy-to-understand manner was unique and took me by surprise. The reports that were prepared were distributed to all employees. I hope that all of the students will continue to use the experience and perspectives they gained in the cross-sectional seminar to continue to have an attitude of deep consideration of companies and society.
The students' efforts also increased the motivation of our employees.

The proposal that was put together after researching everything from our company's founding philosophy to our business operations was very refreshing and a learning experience for us as well. I had the image of university students as passive learners, but seeing students who have mastered active learning changed my image. Making presentations as a team across faculties, and while differences of opinion are commonplace, I think the treasure of this seminar is the experience of "not shying away from discussions and putting together a single proposal." We look forward to continuing to see young people take on challenges that will amaze business people.
