The purpose of the "seminars" emphasized at Musashi University is to create new ideas and solutions to problems while recognizing the differences in knowledge and thinking between students around you. Continuous accumulation of knowledge increases the pool of ideas
At Musashi University, students can start attending seminars andSmall class sizeStudents begin their studies at a university level and deepen their learning over four years under a systematic curriculum. Not only do they acquire a wide range of knowledge by tackling a variety of research themes, but they also accumulate diverse insights into research methods by repeatedly analyzing the current situation, conducting surveys, and making presentations for each theme. This experience becomes the basis for thinking when confronted with unknown issues, and serves as a source of dialogue and new ideas.

We place importance on the number of students so that all students can actively participate. Each student is exposed to the diverse values and stimulating thoughts of those around them, and refines their own opinions. The significance of seminars lies in collaborative learning through two-way communication between oneself and others. The role of the teacher is to ask questions to deepen the discussion and organize various opinions. Through repeated learning, Musashi University 's seminars aim to acquire new knowledge that cannot be achieved through self-study.

Musashi University provides thorough support from all angles to ensure that students' seminar activities are both meaningful and enriching. To prevent mismatches, faculty members hold guidance sessions and interviews to introduce seminar themes and class procedures, and also hold office hours where students can freely ask for advice even after joining the seminar. Faculty members exchange information across departmental and faculty boundaries to improve the content of seminars.

Musashi University offers a wide variety of seminars that bring together faculty members with a wide range of specialties to meet the interests and concerns of each student. Students can proactively set the topic they want to research in their own field, taking full advantage of advice from faculty members in their seminars based on Specialized Knowledge. While deepening their understanding through the "spiral of knowledge," students can work on their graduation thesis and graduation project, which will be the culmination of their four years of study.

At Musashi University, each faculty has the opportunity to present their research results as a culmination of their studies where students can feel their growth. Students prepare slides and write scripts for their presentations. They rehearse multiple times to fit within the time limit. This is also a place to explain and prove the significance and value of their research to others, and we place importance on this opportunity to make daily seminar activities meaningful.
