STEP 2: Language exam preparation
Prepare for the language test in a planned manner to meet the required language requirements.
Some language tests are infrequent and some take longer to get results, so it is important to prepare early.
Please note that the Study Abroad through University Agreement selection must also clear the college grade (GPA) criteria.
Therefore, working university classes every day is also the first step towards realizing Study Abroad through University Agreement.

STEP 3: Internal selection
The internal selection process is held only once a year. Information about information sessions and application forms will be posted on the university portal site (3S).
Selection Schedule
■April: Study Abroad through University Agreement Recruitment Briefing
■Late June: Submission of provisional application documents
■Early September ~ early October: Submission of application documents
First screening ・Document screening (results will be announced in late September)
Second screening ・Interview test
■Mid-October: Announcement of Candidates for Study Abroad

STEP 4: Travel preparations
Applicants who pass the internal selection process must complete the following procedures. Please manage your schedule carefully and proceed with your preparations promptly.
・Participate in orientation (held multiple times from late October to January) *Participation in person is required
・Apply to the host university and receive your acceptance letter
・Local accommodation arrangements
・Apply for a visa (approximately 2-3 months before departure)
・Arrange for air tickets and overseas travel insurance (approximately one month before departure)
・ Pre-departure documents (Submit at least 15 days before departure)
・Participate in orientation (held multiple times from late October to January) *Participation in person is required
・Apply to the host university and receive your acceptance letter

STEP 5: Start studying abroad
