Periodic Health Checkups

In accordance with School Health and Safety Act and University Regulations, students are required to have a medical checkup once a year.

FY2026 Regular Health Checkup

1. Schedule

It will be held on April 3 (Fri), 6 (Mon), 7 (Tue), and 8 (Wed), 2026. Please refer to the link below for details.

Health Certificates

A health certificate is issued as a certificate of the results of a health checkup taken on campus. You may be asked to submit it for job hunting or practice.

Issuance Period

The deadline for issuing health checkup certificates (for FY2025) is as follows. Please note that if the issuance deadline has passed, it will not be issued at all.

Publication Deadline:Sunday, March 29, 2026
 Those who are graduating: After the above, a medical examination certificate cannot be issued.
 Others: From the above until mid-May 2026 (after the 2026 health checkup), the health checkup certificate cannot be issued.
 
・The results of the previous year's health checkup cannot be issued.
・If you wish to visit an external medical institution, please submit the results of the medical examination to Health Clinic at least 3 weeks before the above deadline.

How to Issue Certificates

English ①Purchase the "Application for Health Certificate [English] " at  Certificate issuing web service
②Print at a convenience store (an additional 60 yen fee will be charged) .
③Submit to Health Clinic (Building 10, 1st floor). 
④You will be contacted by Health Clinic within 14 business days.
⑤Pick up at Health Clinic (Building 10, 1st floor)
*Those who have undergone a medical examination at an external medical institution
- Please submit the original results of the health checkup to Health Clinic. If there is no abnormality in the results of the health checkup, the issue will be possible in about 2~3 weeks after the submission.

*Those with abnormal health checkup results
- Please take the detailed test and submit the original results to Health Clinic.
You can add a note such as "The results of the detailed examination show that there is no disruption to daily life" in the remarks section of your health certificates.
- For further details, please check the internal email sent to you individually after your medical checkup.
