Periodic Health Checkups
In accordance with School Health and Safety Act and University Regulations, students are required to have a medical checkup once a year.
FY2026 Regular Health Checkup
1. Schedule
The on-campus health checkup for the 2026 academic year has ended.
If you have not undergone the 2026 on-campus health checkup, please undergo all the designated test items at a nearby medical institution and submit the results (original) to Health Clinic.
*You will have to pay for the consultation at your own expense.

*Health checkup fees vary depending on the medical institution, so we recommend that you check by phone or on the medical institution's website beforehand.

Health Certificates
A health certificate is issued as a certificate of the results of a health checkup taken on campus. You may be asked to submit it for job hunting or practice.
Issuance of Health Examination Certificates for FY2026 (Updated on 5/8/2026)
Those who underwent a medical examination on campus in April 2026 can be issued a medical examination certificate.
All students can issue or send PDFs at convenience stores.
Issuance Period
The issuance period for the 2026 health checkup certificate is as follows.
May 8, 2026 ~ Late March 2027
・Please note that if the above issuance period has passed, it will not be able to be issued at all.
・We will inform you of the detailed schedule of the last day of the issuance period on this page and 3S as soon as it gets closer.
・The results of the previous year's health checkup cannot be issued.

How to Issue Certificates

*Those who have undergone a medical examination at an external medical institution
- Please submit the original results of the health checkup to Health Clinic. If there is no abnormality in the results of the health checkup, the issue will be possible in about 2~3 weeks after the submission.
*Those with abnormal health checkup results
- Please take the detailed test and submit the original results to Health Clinic.
You can add a note such as "The results of the detailed examination show that there is no disruption to daily life" in the remarks section of your health certificates.
