Periodic Health Checkups
In accordance with School Health and Safety Act and University Regulations, students are required to have a medical checkup once a year.
FY2026 Regular Health Checkup
1. Schedule
If you have not had a health checkup in April, please visit on the following preliminary days for the health checkup.
In addition, those who wish to have an ECG can only have an ECG on the following dates.
■Reception hours
May 13, 2026 (Wed) and 14 May (Thu)
■Reception hours
9:30～11:00，12:40～15:30
*Be sure to tell your grade at the reception.
*Both men and women can receive medical examinations within the above hours.
■Venue
Bldg. 10, 3rd floor, Bldg. 10 Hall
■Health checkup items
[1st year, transfer students, 4th year, graduate students]
height, weight, blood pressure, chest X-ray, physical examination, eyesight, urine test (sugar, occult blood, protein)
[2nd and 3rd grade]

・The above urine test subjects areFirst urine collectionThere is. Do not go to the toilet at the last minute.
・You can choose from "➊ grade-specific health checkup items only", "➋ grade-specific health checkup items + electrocardiogram", and "➌ electrocardiogram only" depending on the status and wishes of the April health checkup.
・If you want to have an electrocardiogram, please fill out the PDF in advance and bring it with you on the day.
Health Certificates
A health certificate is issued as a certificate of the results of a health checkup taken on campus. You may be asked to submit it for job hunting or practice.
Issuance Period
The issuance of health checkup certificates for FY2025 has ended.
The next one will be available around mid-May 2026 after the medical checkup in April 2026.
As soon as it is available, it will be posted on this page and 3S.
Please note that if you have not received a medical examination for the 2026 medical examination, you will not be able to issue a medical examination certificate.
(The 2025 supply cannot be issued in 2026.)
