Periodic Health Checkups
In accordance with School Health and Safety Act and University Regulations, students are required to have a medical checkup once a year.
FY2026 Regular Health Checkup
1. Schedule
It will be held on April 3 (Fri), 6 (Mon), 7 (Tue), and 8 (Wed), 2026. Please refer to the link below for details.

Health Certificates
A health certificate is issued as a certificate of the results of a health checkup taken on campus. You may be asked to submit it for job hunting or practice.
Issuance Period
The issuance of health checkup certificates for FY2025 has ended.
The next one will be available around mid-May 2026 after the medical checkup in April 2026.
As soon as it is available, it will be posted on this page and 3S.
Please note that if you have not received a medical examination for the 2026 medical examination, you will not be able to issue a medical examination certificate.
(The 2025 supply cannot be issued in 2026.)
