In principle, it can be used by the following organizations. Organizations that have not submitted the "Organization List" cannot be used.

Days when facilities are not available

  1. During class hours during the intensive course and supplementary course periods (Buildings 2, 3, and 6 can be used during the intensive course period when there are no classes)
  2. The day before the spring and fall semester exams (excluding Building 10) and during the exam period (available after school on the last day of exams)
  3. During winter vacation
  4. During Intramural Athletic Competition, Four University Athletics Competition, Shiraki Festival, and Welcome events for new students.
  5. After school on the day of University Student Competition 
  6. Other dates designated by Student Affairs Division

Application for use

  • The office for this is Student Affairs Division. Please check whether the facility you wish to use is available and then fill out the "Facility Use Application Form." However, if your group has special circumstances, please consult with us.
  • General applications must be submitted at least 3 days before the date of use. Please note that "3 days" does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Special applications should be submitted approximately 2 weeks before the date of use, and must include the name of the event and the reason why it is special. Late applications will not be accepted.
  • Please collect your permit (set of two) from the designated box located to the right of Student Affairs Division entrance and submit the "User Copy" to the security guard  at the main gate to have it stamped. On the day of use, the person in charge should hold the "User Copy" until the end of use.
  • Applications for the following month will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from the 15th of the previous month. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, applications will be accepted from the following day. Please check the annual application schedule at the counter.
  • Classes and club activities will take priority in Auditorium, University Gymnasium, Table Tennis Room, 3rd Floor Hall of Building 10, and Asaka Grounds.

Notes on Application

  • Even if permission has already been granted for use, if there is a school event, maintenance, inspection, construction, or other public use, that use will take priority. In such cases, the applicant will be contacted.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all facilities.
  • We reserve the right to limit the use of facilities for groups that make noise, out of consideration for the neighborhood.
  • After use, please clean and return the desk to its original state. In particular, do not drag equipment such as desks in the hall on the 3rd floor of Building No. 10 or other facilities in the facility. (may cause damage).
  • Student Affairs Division may adjust the requested facilities as necessary.

Training Room (4th floor, Building 10)

Training Room (Building No. 10)
The training room is open from 11:00 to 21:00, Monday through Friday.
Please check the schedule at the Training Room for the opening days and hours, as they are subject to change during long vacations.

Training Seminars

This course explains how to use the training room and how to use the machines.
Once you have taken the course, you can use the training room until you graduate.
Please confirm the date and time directly at the training room reception desk and make a reservation.

Location: Building 10, 4th floor training room (changing rooms available)
What to bring: Exercise clothes, indoor shoes

Precautions

  1. If you are late or forget to bring your belongings, you will not be able to attend the class.
  2. The facility cannot be used during sports practice class hours (training room use classes).
  3. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your reservation.
  4. A license will be issued after attending the course.
