Certificate issuing service

The "Certificate Issuance Service" allows you to apply for the necessary certificates online, pay by credit card or cash at a convenience store, and then have them printed out on a multi-function copy machine at a convenience store and issued online.

■ Convenience store issuing service
This is a service that issues various certificates using the multi-copy machines installed in convenience stores nationwide (Seven-Eleven, Family Mart, Ministop, Lawson). A separate printing fee of 60 yen per sheet is required to use the convenience store multi-copy machines.

■Online issuing service
This is a service that sends a download link for electronic data (PDF) with a time stamp and digital certificate directly to the recipient company, etc. The name of the recipient will be printed on the certificate.

■Online application mail service (※Available only to Alumni)
This is a service where you can apply for and pay for the necessary certificates online, and then send them by mail as usual. A separate fee and postage will be charged.

Please note that some certificates are not compatible with the above services.

<How to use>

1.Please access the above POPITA reading URL using your smartphone or tablet.

2. The camera starts automaticallyScan the certificate with your camera.

3. Enter the "verification code" located at the bottom of the certificate you received.
4.The system will display the correct name, faculty, department, etc. at the time of issue, so please compare it with the certificate you submitted.
Check for authenticity.

The online sending function for electronic certificates is available for electronic data (PDF) directly to a designated address at a company, etc.

CertificatePDFThe data is digitally signed and time-stamped to prevent tampering. If it is tampered with after it is issued,PDFI get a signature error message when I open it.
