Musashi University will create and establish an environment in which students, faculty, staff, and other related parties are respected as individuals and can trust each other as they carry out their academic studies, extracurricular activities, research, education, and the various activities that support these.
1. Musashi University respects the human rights of each individual in order to fulfill its mission as a university that provides a place of free academic study and education.
2. Musashi University will comply with national and local laws and regulations, as well as the rules of the school and university. Rules regarding human rights include the "Musashi Gakuen Nezu Educational Foundation Rules for the Prevention of Human Rights Violations."
3. Musashi University will strive to prevent human rights violations. We will work to raise awareness so that each student, faculty, and staff member has awareness and knowledge of human rights and acts to respect each other's dignity. We will also check the situation on campus through surveys and if any issues are identified, we will work to improve them.
4. Musashi University will take strict measures against any violation of human rights. If a violation of human rights occurs, we will take the necessary measures promptly to resolve the issue. We will also identify the problem and take the necessary measures to prevent recurrence.
5. Musashi University will respect the wishes and privacy of those who report human rights violations in order to protect them and prevent secondary damage.
