Article 1: This workshop shall be called the "Research Workshop on Sustainable Society and Economy." Its English name shall be Research Workshop on Sustainable Society and Economy.

Article 2: The objectives of this study group are as follows:
(1) The purpose is to promote research activities on sustainable society and economy and to disseminate research results obtained from those research activities that contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and economy.
(2) The purpose is to accelerate international and interdisciplinary research cooperation in order to invigorate research activities and discussions on sustainable society and economy.
Activities
Article 3 In order to achieve the objectives of Article 2, this Study Group will carry out the following activities:
(1) Building a domestic and international academic research network related to sustainable society and economy
(2) Conducting research meetings and seminars on social and economic sustainability among members of the study group as well as with researchers outside the study group.
(3) Disseminating academic research results related to sustainable society and economy
(4) Other necessary information

Article 4: The membership of this Study Group, the method of selecting and the role of the representative, and the term of office of the members shall be as follows:
1. The members of this study group shall consist of the following persons:
(1) Those recommended by this research group.
(2) Those with Specialized Knowledge and extensive experience in the field of sustainable society and economy.
2. The representative of this research group will be selected by mutual vote from among the full-time faculty members Musashi University.
3. The representative will oversee the affairs of the association and manage the proceedings of the research group.
4. In the event of an accident to the representative, a member designated in advance by the representative will act in his/her place.
5. There is no specific term of office for members of this Research Group.

Article 5: The general meeting of the Study Group and its equivalent meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the following.
1. Meetings (general meetings and other meetings) will be convened by the Representative.
2. The Representative may, if necessary, have people other than members of this Research Association attend meetings.
3. At the meeting, necessary matters regarding the operation of the research group may be decided.
4. If necessary, meetings may be held not only in person, but also online or by email to conduct necessary deliberations and decisions.
Secretariat
Article 6: The secretariat of this research group shall be located in Research Support Division Musashi University.
Others
Article 7: In addition to those matters set forth in these regulations, the representative will decide on any matters necessary for the operation of this Research Group in consultation with the members of the Research Group.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions shall come into effect as from the date of the inauguration of this study group.
