JST Advanced Measurement and Analysis Technology and Equipment Development Program

The JST Advanced Measurement and Analysis Technology and Equipment Development Program was implemented with the aim of promoting research and development of advanced measurement and analysis technologies and equipment and related systems that contribute to creative and original research and development in the future in order to meet the needs of cutting-edge research and manufacturing sites. The open call for proposals ended in fiscal year 2016.

Research period: 2012 (Heisei 24) to 2014 (Heisei 26)
