Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation with our research group activities. Thanks to you, we were able to carry out meaningful activities last year. We would like to report on the details of these activities below.
1. Community Business Seminar (3 sessions) (co-hosted with Nerima Ward)

3. Conducting hearing activities (3 locations)
1. NPO Entrepreneur Support Network Headquarters (1-24 Matsubara-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture)
- Hosted by Ms. Mieko Sekido (Director and Founder), Ms. Minako Kuno (Representative Director)
- Date: October 1st to 2nd, 2009
- Purpose: We investigated the network formation process leading up to the founding of an entrepreneurial support organization that primarily supports community businesses.
2. Bungotakada City Tourism and Urban Development Co., Ltd. (989-1 Shinmachi, Bungotakada City, Oita Prefecture) and others
- Dates September 14th to 16th, 2009
- Purpose: We conducted a hearing survey on the formation and development of community businesses.
3. Yomitan Village Kukuru Resort "Murasaki Mura" and others
- Hosted by: Mr. Masaaki Kuniyoshi (President of Murasaki Mura), Mr. Hiroki Ogura (Representative of the Yomitan Nature School Experience Workshop), Ms. Kyoko Kuniyoshi (Representative of the Experience Human Resources Bank), and Mr. Yasuo Arakaki (Chairman of the Association to Consider the Future of Tourism in Okinawa)
- Dates: October 4th to 7th, 2009
- Purpose: We conducted a hearing survey on the formation and development of community businesses.
