2011年度の活動報告

Musashi University Faculty of Economics Department of Management Noriyuki Takahashi

1. Overview of activities in fiscal year 2011

This year, we carried out two main activities.
The first is to conduct on-site surveys, and the second is to hold community business courses as an attempt to train local people to take on community businesses.

Regarding on-site surveys, this year (2011) on-site interviews were conducted in three locations (four times in total) (Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture; Amami City, Kagoshima Prefecture; and community businesses in Kyoto City), and six lectures, seminars, presentations, etc. were held in relation to the Community Business Course, which is being conducted jointly with Nerima Ward.

As for the output based on the on-site interviews in Ishigaki City, a textbook was compiled to be used in courses, etc. For Amami City, detailed on-site surveys will be conducted, and a textbook will be compiled in the same way as for Ishigaki City, during fiscal year 2012.
