Article 1. This study group shall be called the "Musashi University Gender Diversity Study Group of Wu University". The English name is Musashi University Gender and Diversity Study Society.

Article 2. The purpose of this study group is as follows:
(1) The purpose is to promote research activities on gender diversity and to disseminate the research findings on gender diversity obtained through such research activities.
(2) The purpose is to accelerate international and interdisciplinary research collaboration in order to stimulate research activities and discussions on gender diversity.
Activities
Article 3. In order to achieve the objectives set out in Article 2, the Study Group will carry out the following activities:
(1) Building a domestic and international academic research network on gender diversity
(2) Conducting research meetings and seminars on gender diversity among members of the research group and with researchers outside the group
(3) Disseminating academic research findings related to gender diversity
(4) Other necessary information

Article 4. The membership of this Study Group, the method of selecting and the role of the representative, and the term of office of the members shall be as follows:
1. The members of this study group shall consist of the following persons:
(1) Those recommended by this research group.
(2) A person with Specialized Knowledge and extensive experience in the field of gender diversity.
2. The representative of this research group will be selected by mutual vote from among the full-time faculty members Musashi University.
3. The Representative will oversee the affairs of the association and manage the proceedings of the study group.
4. In the event of an accident to the representative, a member designated in advance by the representative will act in his/her place.
5. There is no specific term of office for members of this Study Group.

Article 5. General meetings of this Study Group and similar meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the following:
1. Meetings (general meetings and other meetings) shall be convened by the Representative.
2. The Representative may, if necessary, have persons other than members of this Research Institute attend meetings.
3. The meeting may decide on necessary matters regarding the operation of the research group.
4. If necessary, meetings may be held not only in face-to-face format, but also online or email conferences, etc., to conduct necessary deliberations and decisions.
Secretariat
Article 6. The secretariat of this research group shall be located in Research Support Division Musashi University.
Others
Article 7. In addition to those matters set forth in these regulations, the representative shall decide on any matters necessary for the operation of this Research Group in consultation with the members of the Research Group.
Supplementary Provisions These terms and conditions shall come into effect on the date on which this study group is established.
