Article 1. This study group shall be called the "Musashi Community Business Study Group" (hereinafter referred to as the Study Group).
the purpose
Article 2. The purpose of this study is to conduct research and studies on community business that aims to revitalize the local community and revitalize the local economy, and to contribute to the promotion of the local economy, including Nerima Ward, where Musashi University is located.
Activities
Article 3. In order to achieve the objectives set out in Article 2, the Study Group will carry out the following activities:
(1) Research and studies on the current state of community businesses
(2) Research and studies on the theory of community business
(3) Research and studies on the practical application of community businesses
(4) Other necessary information
composition
Article 4. The members of the Study Group shall consist of the following persons:
(1) Those recommended by Musashi University Comprehensive Research Organization.
(2) Those recommended by the Research Group.
(3) A person who has Specialized Knowledge and extensive experience in community business.
2. Each research group shall have a representative, who shall be selected by mutual vote of the research group members.
3. The representative will oversee the affairs of the association and manage the proceedings of the research group.
4. In the event of an accident to the representative, a committee member designated in advance by the representative will act in his/her place.
term of office
Article 5. There is no specific term of office for committee members.

Article 6. Meetings shall be convened by the Representative.
2. The Representative may, if necessary, have people other than the Study Group members attend meetings.
3. At the meeting, necessary matters regarding the operation of the research group may be decided.
Secretariat
Article 7. The secretariat of the Research Group shall be located at Musashi University Comprehensive Research Organization.
Others
Article 8. In addition to those matters set out in these regulations, the representative will decide on any matters necessary for the operation of the Research Group in consultation with other Research Group members.
Supplementary Provisions These regulations shall come into effect on the day the Research Group is established.
