Entrance Ceremony Information (April 2nd)

The ceremony will be held on April 2nd. For details, please refer to the following file.

Issuance of Student ID Cards etc. (April 1st)

The day before the entrance ceremony4Student ID cards will be issued on Wednesday, 1st of the month.
On the day of the event, please bring a "Notification of Completion of Admission Procedures (E-mail)" or "Notification of Completion of Admission Procedures (Postcard)".

Please refer to the following file regarding the issuance of student ID cards and information security guidance to be held on April 1st, and be sure to participate.

*There are designated reception times for each session. If you wish to have a consultation, please be sure to arrive at the venue by the designated reception time.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on how busy the booths are on the day and the status of consultations at each booth. Please note that you can also ask questions about course registration at the Academic Affairs Division Office (1st floor, Building 8, weekdays 9:00-16:40) regardless of whether it is on the day of the individual course consultation session or not.

English placement test information

Our university will conduct an English placement test for new students.
The results of this test will be used to divide new students into classes so that they can take classes that match their English skills.
If you do not take the exam, it may interfere with your subsequent courses, so please be sure to check the following guidelines before taking the exam.

3. Results of the selection process
Please check the bulletin board in front of Academic Affairs Division on the 1st floor of Building 8 after your student ID card is issued. You can also log in to the Musashi Study Support System (3S) after you have taken the Information Security Guidance.
 

For those who want to obtain a teaching license

If you want to obtain a teaching license, you must take Teacher Training Course. If you are taking the course from the first year, you will be required to pay the Teacher Training Course provisional registration and the Teacher Training Course fee (20,000 yen for the first time). The details will be explained in the guidance, so please be sure to attend the Teacher Training Course guidance (for first-year students) on Monday, April 6th.
On the day of the guidance, please save the course syllabus on your laptop, tablet, etc. in advance (print it out if necessary) and bring it with you.

Assessment test information

Our university conducts assessment tests for all new students.(GPS-Academic)We will implement the following.
This test measures your problem-solving ability from the perspectives of thinking ability, attitude, and experience.3It is also planned to be held when students enter their senior year.

The test results will also help you understand your current strengths and weaknesses and serve as a guide for future course registration.
