MCV(Musashi Communication Village)パンケーキ

武蔵大学に一号館新築に合わせて開設したMCV(Musashi Communication Village)では、多様な外国語学習のためのプログラムが展開されています。その一つが、少人数のクッキングプログラムです。美味しく楽しく、生きた外国語を使いながら、簡単料理を作ります。江古田ミツバチプロジェクトでは、料理の素材として蜂蜜を提供しました。パンケーキの次はスコーンでした。

以下は、三回のクッキング教室での感想を取りまとめたものです。蜂蜜の美味しさを味わってもらいながら、私たちのプロジェクトの活動を理解してくれた様子が分かります。学生さんたちが、日常的な飼育活動や多様な活動に、ぜひ参加してくれることを願っています。

■ Honey Lemon Cookie 14 November 2013

“The taste of honey was really good! Cooking class makes my day.”
“I found making cookies is quite easy. The taste of honey was really nice and sweet.”
“Honey lemon cookie was very delicious. I want to try it again.”

■ Honey Pancake 21 November 2013
“Through the process of making pancakes, I have got to know many interesting stories about honey. And I learned about the origin of Thanksgiving day. And hotcake and pancake are just the same thing.”
“Honey Pancake was really lovely. It was so sweet and soft. I love it very much. Thank you.”
“The honey was really nice and sweet. It tasted like mint.”
“Ekoda honey is very nice to put on the pancake.”
“Ekoda honey was really tasty. It is different from other honey. Also pancake was nice and soft. I enjoyed honey pancakes a lot.”

■ Honey Scone 28 November 2013
“The honey tasted good! It’s a good experience for student to eat honey that was made in our university.”
