"Universities that take good care" ranked first in the Tokyo metropolitan area for 17 consecutive years, "Small but highly commendable universities" ranked 1st in the metropolitan area for 10 consecutive years, and many others ranked again this year!
Musashi University (Nerima Ward, Tokyo / President Noriyuki Takahashi) ranked in multiple categories in university rankings based on a survey by University Newsletter. Our university traces its roots to the former Musashi High School, Japan's first private seven-year High School, and since its founding, we have conducted thorough small-group education centered on seminars to cultivate the ability to "research and think independently." From the 2027 academic year, new courses and majors will be established in all faculties. We will expand the scope of learning by combining the Specialized Knowledge of each faculty with data science.

Features of our seminars: Musashi Seminars
Small-group seminars where "everyone plays a leading role"
We prioritize the number of students who can actively participate in each seminar, with an average of 13 students per seminar. Two-way communication between students and others creates friction between knowledge and knowledge, leading to collaborative learning. Faculty members provide thorough support to students from all angles. Musashi University's Seminar aim to help students acquire new knowledge that would be impossible to achieve through self-study.
