The University has decided to conduct a questionnaire survey to help enhance and improve university education.

This questionnaire asks you to look back on your university life and how your studies at our university and student life have been useful since you entered the workforce.

We hope that the answers we receive will be useful for the educational activities of the university.

For eligible students, we send a questionnaire request SMS to the mobile phone number registered when they were enrolled. Please access the questionnaire form from the URL listed in the body of the email.
