With the slogan "Everyone, everyone, everyone, bloom," the company operates as a "florist that makes people bloom," offering flower gifts, wedding venue decorations, office green rental services, and more.

Currently, the company has gone beyond the realm of florists and is using its own employment experience to support companies in promoting the employment of people with disabilities.

"With Diversity Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)" is a group that works with local disability welfare organizations to create jobs, so that small and medium-sized enterprises, which are particularly slow to take action, do not give up on employing people with disabilities.This has been attracting attention in the media as a new form of employment.
